Eric Alexander

Eric Alexander was an ordained minister in the Church in Scotland for over 50 years, spending many of those years as senior pastor in the historic St. George’s-Tron Church in the center of Glasgow. He was a regular speaker at the Philadelphia Conference on Reformed Theology, the Keswick Convention, and was the Bible expositor at the Urbana Conference of Intervarsity Fellowship.

Isaiah 61

In this chapter, Isaiah describes the difference that the Messiah will make in the lives of God’s people. We see a picture of God’s restoring grace rebuilding a people for His glory in the place where sin has caused devastation and ruin. Reverend Eric Alexander invites us to be such a people in this episode of Hear the Word of God.
